2. Quotation

Once we have all the information we need through our initial contact with you, we will begin putting together your free quote with absolutely no obligation on your part. If we need anything from you to put the quote together, our team will let you know. This may include detailed specifications, samples, photos, or simply a short explanation of what you need.

We will negotiate the price and timeframe with suppliers, determining the best way to go forward. Network Global Solutions will take care of it all, from choosing the perfect sourcing location to the shipping, and then get back to you with your obligation-free quote.

3. Samples

Need assurance that the product or component we have sourced overseas meets your exact requirements? Network Global Solutions can organise for sample shipments to be sent straight to your door so that you know exactly what you are getting. If you need adjustments or the product isn’t quite right, we will immediately begin looking for the perfect solution.

4. Order

When you are satisfied with our plan, we make the order official with the chosen factory. Given that Network Global Solutions works on many different projects at any given time, the cost incurred for each individual order is drastically reduced, ensuring you get the best price for what you need.

5. Production

With the order made, we move on to the production stage of the process. Network Global Solutions maintains strong relations with our suppliers in order to maintain the highest possible quality of the products and components we source. We have regular visits overseas to closely monitor our trusted manufacturers and suppliers, ensuring our customers get the quality they deserve.

This stage of the process also involves rectifying any quality control issues so that your product or component gets to you how you expect it.

6. Delivery
